It is important for everyone to eat healthy and this list I made is one personal to my weight gain process. There are so many important nutrients our bodies need and this list is to get me started with planning meals for the week. Everyone’s diet is different according to their lifestyle so your list is going to look different. This is only for ideas/inspiration to get you started.

3. Cleanliness

  • Do skincare morning & nighttime

  • Keep nails polished

  • Drink plenty of water

  • Change bed sheets, vacuum floors, disinfect, and dust often

  • Keep car/purse/book bag cleaned out

  • Restart wardrobe for cozy winter attire

  • Teeth whitening/hair masks if needed

❆ Fulfill daily productive habits ❅

  • Sketch one dress or outfit until completed

  • Review social media tasks assigned to that day including filming & complete them

  • Post 3-6 idea pins for Pinterest

  • 1- 2 hours of reading current book on TBR list

  • Practice piano song ‘Overcome’ for 1 hour

  • 1-2 hours of writing blog excerpts for ‘21 Things I am Learning at 21’ project

  • Workout arms, legs, butt, abs for 1 hour a day (I switch up my workouts)

Most of these productive tasks create much of my daily routine because they are progress towards the goals I have. Not all of them get done the same day and sometimes they do. I don’t put any pressure on myself and I often refer back to The Starter Method that I created last year for accomplishing my dreams. Read The Starter Method for 2 different approaches at reaching your personal goals. It is important and refreshing to learn to be patient with yourself.

TIP: Setting a timer for however long I might need to complete something has helped me so much when it comes to staying focused and trying to get things done.
